30. The Firm offers Users the option to receive newsletters, marketing
communications, invitations to conferences and events, and updates, including
professional, marketing, or other updates (collectively: “Newsletter“).
31. Subscription to the Newsletter shall be made by the User through the
submission of the required details on the website. By providing such details,
the User consents to receive the Newsletter by electronic means, including fax, email, MMS, SMS, and other similar methods.

Breach of the Terms of Use and Obligation to Indemnify

32. The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm and anyone
acting on its behalf, including its partners, employees, and representatives,
against any damage, loss, loss of profits, claim, payment, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by the Firm in connection with any breach

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute and/or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the website shall be vested solely in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo.

that has been voided and/or limited by such court.

Firm and/or of its agents under any applicable law.
