Nice to meet you. I am Adv. Omer Luboshitz, a partner in the Commercial Department at ABADI. I lead the firm’s Consumer Law practice. Before joining the firm, I founded a law office specializing in civil–commercial law, which at its peak comprised approximately 17 attorneys, where I served as the managing partner.

I began practicing law about 15 years ago, and I have always been drawn to and fascinated by corporate law and commercial law in all their aspects. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in these fields, providing ongoing legal counsel—spanning more than 15 years—to businesspeople and various corporations, including leading public and international companies operating in Israel.

Throughout my career, I have represented clients in countless transactions, legal disputes, and crises, including representation before judicial courts. I have provided ongoing legal counsel to corporations across all areas of their activity, including representation in mergers and acquisitions, complex real estate transactions, option, sale, and investment deals—both local and international—founders’ agreements, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements of all types, such as franchise, distribution, and agency agreements.

In addition to my expertise in commercial law, I also specialize in consumer protection law and the management of customer loyalty programs. Among my clients are food retailers, fashion companies, and customer clubs, including major consumer clubs that manage consumer benefits programs.

The companies and employers I represent operate across a variety of business sectors: aviation, food retail, fashion, cosmetics, books, contracting companies, food and toiletries, consumer and customer clubs, leading advertising agencies, distribution companies, manufacturers, importers, and more.

I believe in hard and thorough work, uncompromising dedication, personalized service, and full availability to the needs of my clients. I believe that this approach has contributed to the fact that most of my clients have stayed with me for many years (over a decade).

Roni Weisblat heads the firm’s Labor Law Department and brings nearly 20 years of experience advising on all aspects of labor and employment law. Having held senior positions at some of Israel’s largest law firms, she acts for employers and senior officeholders in complex employment matters in highly regulated and sensitive sectors.

Roni represents corporations and executives in complex labor litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings, and regularly handles collective labor disputes. Her work includes representing employers before the labor courts, accompanying workers’ organizations, and leading negotiations in collective and individual employment matters. Clients value her ability to combine rigorous legal analysis with a practical, measured approach that supports sound decision-making and effective risk management.

Her client base includes leading companies, large organizations, and corporations across a wide range of sectors, including high-tech, healthcare, security, public authorities, transportation, retail, industry, and services. She is known for developing tailored, efficient legal solutions that address both legal exposure and operational realities, while maintaining close client engagement, availability, and clarity throughout each matter.

Her areas of practice include drafting employment agreements and workplace policies; managing employee disputes and claims; dismissals, hearings, and terminations; women’s rights, parenthood, and retirement matters; sexual harassment and workplace bullying; disciplinary proceedings; labor-relations advisory work; and the negotiation of collective agreements and organizational arrangements.

Alongside her practice, Roni serves as Deputy Chair of the National Labor Law Forum of the Israel Bar Association and Deputy Chair of the Labor Law Committee of the Tel Aviv District, reflecting her professional leadership and contribution to shaping labor law practice in Israel.
