David Abadi is the Founder and Managing Partner of ABADI & CO. and a leading Israeli corporate and M&A lawyer with nearly three decades of experience advising Israeli and international clients on complex commercial, corporate and strategic business challenges.
Throughout his career, David has advised leading corporations, entrepreneurs, investors and senior executives on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, joint ventures, corporate structures, commercial agreements, and complex negotiations.
Before founding ABADI & CO., David was a senior partner and Head of the Corporate & Commercial Department at one of Israel’s big law firms. Over the years, he has played a central role in significant transactions and has accompanied clients through critical business decisions, negotiations and complex commercial situations.
David’s practice combines extensive legal experience with a strong understanding of business and strategy. He is particularly known for his ability to identify the core issues in complex situations, develop practical and creative solutions, and lead negotiations with determination while maintaining a fair and constructive approach.

Keren Kapel Shmueli is a partner in ABADI’s Real Estate, M&A, International Commercial Law, and Commercial and Corporate Law practices. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and private clients on real estate, commercial, and international transactions in Israel and abroad.
Her primary areas of practice are real estate, commercial business law, M&A, and international transactions. Over the years, Keren has come to understand that high-quality legal counsel requires a combination of legal expertise, deep business insight, and creative thinking to identify solutions and bring transactions to completion.
Keren’s primary practice focuses on real estate. She represents clients in private and commercial real estate transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, contractor transactions, co-ownership agreements, land acquisitions, registration of rights, real estate tax matters, mortgages and collateral, and the representation of developers and/or property owners in urban renewal and National Outline Plan 38 projects.
She has unique experience advising on real estate transactions involving kibbutzim, both before and after the allocation of ownership rights, and also assists foreign residents in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets in Israel.
Alongside her real estate practice, Keren advises companies and business owners on the formation of companies and partnerships, the establishment of corporate structures, founders’ and shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements, M&A transactions, ongoing legal counsel, and commercial agreements in Israel and abroad.

Nir Steinberg is a technology, venture capital, and corporate lawyer with 17 years of combined experience as a high-tech lawyer, venture-capital investor, and M&A and corporate-development executive for start-up companies. Prior to joining the firm, Nir held senior management roles in the venture-capital industry, including co-leading the corporate venture-capital arm of a NASDAQ-listed global corporation.
Nir co-led SSYS Ventures, the corporate venture-capital arm of Stratasys (NASDAQ: SSYS), a global leader in 3D-printing technologies, and also co-led its buy-side M&A activity for start-ups, alongside managing strategic partnerships.
