We are pleased and excited to announce that Adv. Asaf Shavit Stricks has joined our Litigation Department as a Partner.
Asaf brings approximately 20 years of experience managing complex business and corporate disputes across a wide range of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Supreme Court. His practice combines high-level commercial litigation with deep regulatory expertise and extensive experience managing ongoing interactions with authorities in Israel and around the world.
Throughout his career, Asaf has advised international corporations at critical strategic junctures, with a particular focus on developing compliance and regulatory frameworks and leading initiatives requiring close coordination between legal and business considerations. Among other matters, he has advised international automotive manufacturers on launching their operations in Israel and managing the related regulatory interfaces in Israel, Europe, and the United States. At the same time, he advises leading automotive importers in Israel on regulatory and commercial matters, including representation in complex proceedings such as administrative petitions and class actions.
Asaf’s professional approach is grounded in a deep understanding of business needs, attention to detail, sound judgment, and proven experience, combined with accessibility and direct collaboration with management teams, general counsels, and boards of directors in Israel and abroad. We are confident that Assaf’s arrival will further expand and deepen the firm’s capabilities, enabling us to provide our clients with holistic, precise, and practical counsel even in the most complex matters and strategic initiatives.
Asaf holds an LL.M. from the University of Amsterdam and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.
