Eli, an attorney in the firm’s Commercial Law Department, brings many years of experience advising and providing legal counsel to a wide range of companies and corporations, from banks and public companies to startups.
Throughout his career, Eli has gained extensive experience representing clients in negotiations involving complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and a broad range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on technology, high-tech, and international commerce. He also provides ongoing legal counsel to clients on both the commercial and corporate aspects of their operations and brings significant expertise in competition and antitrust law.
Eli is known for his ability to combine a deep understanding of his clients’ needs and business environments with a results-oriented and forward-thinking business approach. He focuses on effective risk management, developing precise solutions, and leading negotiations with a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ objectives.
