Hilit, an attorney and notary, brings more than 20 years of experience managing complex commercial and civil disputes in Israel and abroad. Throughout her career, she has established a proven track record of success in handling sophisticated proceedings and has represented public and private companies, business groups, and high-net-worth individuals in a wide range of matters involving significant business and personal sensitivities. Her experience includes shareholder disputes, control disputes and derivative actions, economic torts, real estate disputes, and complex inheritance and estate matters, often involving family disputes and significant legal issues.
Hilit is known for her ability to combine a deep understanding of the factual, economic, and legal aspects of each matter with sharp, results-oriented strategic thinking. Her approach encompasses strategic planning, risk management, and the early identification of pressure points and opportunities, all in alignment with her clients’ business objectives.
Hilit’s arrival significantly strengthens the firm’s Litigation Department, which represents clients in some of the most complex commercial and corporate disputes in the market. Her addition further enhances the Department’s ability to provide clients with strategic, precise, and uncompromising representation—from developing the overall strategy, through managing proceedings before all relevant courts and tribunals, to achieving the optimal outcome, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
