We are pleased to announce the appointment of Adv. Keren Kapel Shmueli as a Partner and Head of our Real Estate practice, alongside her work with our M&A, International Commercial Law, and Commercial & Corporate Law practices.
Keren brings more than 20 years of experience advising developers, investors, companies, and private clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, business and commercial matters, and international transactions. Her arrival marks a significant milestone in the continued development and expansion of our Real Estate practice, while further strengthening the firm’s transactional and commercial capabilities.
For more than two decades, Keren has advised developers, investors, companies, and private clients on complex real estate transactions. Her experience encompasses private and commercial real estate transactions, urban renewal projects, transactions involving kibbutzim, both before and after property allocation, as well as advising foreign residents on the purchase and sale of real estate in Israel.
Alongside her extensive real estate practice, Keren advises companies and business owners on a broad range of commercial and strategic matters, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and ongoing business matters in Israel and internationally.
Keren is known for her ability to bridge the worlds of law, business, and economics, providing clients with strategic advice that takes the full picture of each transaction into account. This approach enables her to advance complex transactions, identify opportunities, manage risks thoughtfully, and develop creative solutions aligned with her clients’ business objectives.
